Great work. You say you were consistent. Did you count calories? Consistent with what kind of exercise if any? It's a very radical change.

I just started losing weight at the end of January. It's exciting. I've always just sort of accepted myself and avoided counting calories hahaha. Now I get it.

I have a hundred pounds to lose. I started at the end of January at 237 and have lost 14 lb so far. It really helps to use this app for counting calories. I have avoided doing that for many years. Now I'm having fun at it. We can do this!
