  • I just use International Delight Sweet Cream in mine. I measure out one tablespoon and just drink it that way. I don’t need sugar cause the creamer is sweet enough on its own. It’s the only way I can drink it.

  • That is a good idea. Doctor doesn’t want me running just yet but said a walk would help. I looked at my LinkedIn profile and saw a message from a recruiter for another company, so maybe thats my better opportunity.

  • Someone told me to take my measurements with a tape measure and pay attention to inches coming off and how my clothes start fitting and looking. I am trying that advice instead of using the scales.
