I like to work out in the mornings before my day starts. Do you eat breakfast before or after a morning work out? AND what kind of breakfast are you eating?

Hello! I'm 29, female, 5'4, 153lbs. Over the last 13 years I've lost 47lbs, but I'm beginning to take things more seriously this year and been going to the gym daily and take tracking more seriously to get to the results I really want.

I work out in the morning about an hour after I wake up. When I wake I'll eat a banana and a bottle of water. After my workout I will throw back a protein shake and if I'm still hungry I will have a snack or lunch depending on how hungry I am. I don't get real hungry until dinner and that will probably be my biggest meal…
