  • Protein used to be so hard for me, I'm finding it easier. I've found a lot of great Instagram pages with fun recipes. Now carbs are the hardest because I've lowered my fats I've bumped my carbs up. They keep me fuller longer!
  • Hi! I do not use what MFP calculates. It's all based off body weight, activity level and age. Try macrosinc.net they have a great calculator. Macros basically help you lose weight but at the same time change your body composition allowing you to lose fat but gain/keep muscle at the same time!
