This has cardio/hiit written all over it. Treadmill, planking, rowing, pop jacks...all that.

If you’re new to exercising, I would highly recommend beginning with walking. At least a half hour a day, 5 days a week, midday or later. This is how I began my weight loss of over 60 pounds. Any questions about hows or why feel free to ask.

Cardio/HIIT/Bootcamp at least twice a week combined with careful diet and at least 2 days of weights (home or gym). At least an hour of these on those days.

Hi MsArobix & All, I’m someone that lost 65 pounds and was able to get to my goal weight. The busy holidays and the cheating that goes with it set me back 10. I know how I can get back on track and can help out with any questions. This will help me to prove it to myself at the same time. Steve
