I am maintaining a healthy diet and doing regular workouts for a year. Now I am fit and active. Note:[/b] not gone through any keto diet or intermediate fasting. Just dependent on healthy food like veggies, oatmeal, boiled veggies, meat etc. I also followed apps for my workouts like "Activity Challenge App".

Yes, I did 2. One with friends and other with colleagues and really enjoyed them. But as I am not able to take time for group workouts and gym, I use apps for group challenges.
