Day 2 of my new restart. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes 5km run in 29min. Intense but feeling soooooo good after that. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, only 20 carbs for today
