The no sugar thing is paying off; I am back to school now and I am also focusing on not eating things in the teachers lounge-which means I need to pack enough healthy hearty food so I am not a hungry scavenger! So far I have avoided engagement bagels and lunch pizza and it feels SO GOOD to be in control of that. for anyone who is thinking about changing habits I highly recommend Better Than Before by Gretchen Rubin!4 -

I did my best, most of the time, this week. Today my youngest turns 12(!). Family tradition dictates we dine where he chooses. Last year, we had ice cream for dinner on his birthday. This year I may offer him a bribe to pick someplace else.3 -

Im sitting here freaking out about weighing in tomorrow, I had such a great loss last week and I am hoping for something tomorrow in ways of a loss. My mind keeps telling me that I wouldn't see a loss after a 5 pound loss last week. Now all I want to do is eat, but I won't. This is sooooo hard. Sorry for complaining.4
