    This is why losing weight is so frustrating -- for multiple days before "official" weigh-in day down 2 lbs. Official weigh-in day 0 lbs. weight loss. :/

    @pamela117e - I know it's frustrating. It's happened to me too! As long as you're doing what you know to do, staying under your calories and getting exercise every day, it's going to drop off. Hang in there, friend! :smile:

    Sorry for the late weigh in. My daughters birthday is tomorrow so it’s like we’ve been celebrating since Monday lol. I’m proud to say I’ve been doing great with my food intake. I just need to step up with the exercise. I do my daily 30 minute walk but i need to do more to see greater results.

    Down 0.4 pounds since last Wednesday.
    Still need to re-lose 3.4 pounds to get back to my June 5th weight which was 134.2 pounds.
    It's been a long 2 months trying to get the weight back off.

    Sorry I've been MIA and getting back to reading everyone's post. Crazy I haven't checked in for a few days and I missed over 100 posts. I hope all are doing well, I been upset that I felt like giving up but today I restarted and refreshed how I feel and need to keep going strong. I hope to have a good loss this Saturday. I still have a few days to get that to happen.

    Did I exercise for 20 min? No, not today. Took my college-bound kid to dentist, MD, bloodwork before heads off to Freshman year next week. Also, had my physical. As suspected, I’m indicating insulin resistance. She’s with me on my diet plan (Keto), but not for more than 3 months. Then wants me to switch to more of a Mediterranean diet at that point. I’m ok with that. Need to make some good headway before my follow up in November. I need you people to keep my motivation up!

    Thanks everyone for the warm welcome to this group over the last couple weeks !! I love the encouragement and accountability of this challenge 😻

    I hope to be a great co-captain for y'all - I have A TON to learn from @BonnieHosk85.

    I have more than one hundred pounds to lose to reach a healthy goal weight, so pray I will be with y'all for the long haul.

    One day at a time let's reach for that healthy, sane, satisfying life that's ours for the taking. No person left behind! We can do it together!

    Exercise? Yes, 20 minute brisk walk.
    Under calorie budget? Miraculously, yes. I knew I would feast at dinner at a friends house so I took it easy earlier in the day.
    Tracked everything? Yes, to the best of my ability- I didn't weigh anything at dinner (puts a damper on a dinner party 😬)

    Kindness of the day:

    My best friend had healthy(ish) options available at the gathering because she's trying to support me in my lifestyle change! 😍

    I made myself available to listen and support a coworker who's having a hard time.

    Not a bad gain after a 4 day camping weekend. I knew I was going to gain a little on vacation, but that should come off in the next week or two. Remember this is a long distance run, not a sprint. We will all have ups and downs. Don't let the little things get you down, sometime you have to enjoy life too. Of course, that is just my humble opinion.

    Just under the wire. I Need to start tracking. I can’t seem to get into it. Positive.. still losing! There is a work pizza party today... plan of attack, eat a salad before I go. Just finished a mile walk. It is a battle.

    I am sipping cold brew iced coffee with cream and sugar. I scrimped all day to have enough calories left over but I wish I had not forgotten that I weigh-in tomorrow. Now, I may need to find the clippers and shave my head after all.
