  • Oh thank goodness then, I eat relatively healthy but still love my junk food lol, I think I’ll be fine as long as I don’t eat ice cream 24/7. Macro counting makes me more hungry I think, I don’t like being restricted in the carbs and fats since I love them both lol.
  • Carbs: 156 grams Fat: 42 grams Protein is like 62 grams I think It’s weird though, it also changes and gets higher because sometimes my carb percentage will be higher than the 50% so fat goal changes to like 56 grams or something
