  • I have been drinking from 48-64 oz a day, sorry to hear you have that problem too
  • Never heard of nuun before, thanks for the tip. I just ordered a multivitamin that has potassium, calcium & magnesium- Alive Max3 for women so maybe that will help.
  • Yes, I am but not 100, more like 80/20 and as far as salt goes I don't add much but I do use more canned veggies than I'd like which I know have sodium already but with limited income currently we have to cut corners. How much of a role does the salt play?
  • It's super rare that I ever drink anything with electrolytes. I mainly drink water or coffee and if I'm bad I go all out and make it a Dr Pepper because that's my weakness. Went 3 wks without it and lost more weight but came so close to losing my mind.
  • Hi! Yes, my daughter and I sometimes do this for a workout indoors when we can't go outside. It's a fun cardio workout and really makes you break a sweat! I add a stretch before for us both and a resistance, squats and abs/obliques portion for me after though cuz this belly has got to go! Lol
  • To get my daughter involved, but it's fun for me too, we do Just Dance on the Wii when I need an indoor workout. We stretch first but man, when you do songs back to back, it's a pretty good cardio workout and really gets your blood pumping! After, before cool down I'll do some resistance training, squats and ab/oblique…

  • @everjcjv Thanks for the encouragement! You're right, we will be sad but should celebrate the life he lived. ❤️
  • @solieco1 Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply! Hmm, not deadening real feelings... that gives me something to think about. • Hola! What a great motivator! I'm a 36 y/o married mom needing to lose 40/50/50=140 lbs, I break it down into smaller goals so I don't see that big number and be like "Have mercy, where's the churros?!" Lol I also have smaller goals like certain things I want to do but I can't because I'm over the weight limit and that…

  • Hi, I'm new too, I'm from Texas, let's motivate each other on this journey!
  • Hi. I'm 36, also a mom and in it for the long haul. Goal is 40/50/50 because I have specific activities I want to do that I need to be a certain weight for plus it's easier to think small instead of 140. You're doing it for the right reasons, let's motivate each other, yes! 😊
  • Thank you! It won't be easy when it's been so cold lately and I prefer to exercise outdoors plus my workout partner isn't motivated but I want and need to do this!
