Hulu is the devil- they have the Whataburger commercial on repeat advertising their Mushroom Swiss burger, which is absolutely delicious, especially on Texas Toast. So before I went, I hit up Ol Faithful MFP and HOLY COW- 1,080 calories! Uggghhhh!!! Whyyyyy???!!! Lol

Hope you didn't give up! I've had those days too, it isn't easy. There's only one surefire way to ensure failure= giving up. So, stick with it! You can do this! Sometimes, you gotta just take it one day at a time, any more than that is overwhelming and that's ok. The community is here for support.

Haven't met them yet but I'm setting 40/50/50 as my weight loss goals. For me, breaking it up is best so I'm not so overwhelmed & I do have specific rewards in mind, they're activity based. Things I couldn't previously accomplish due to size or stamina. Let's get it! 😊

@claireychn074 A friend of mine who's a personal trainer used to come over and she busted out that heavy rope few times, can't remember what it's called- I never quit sessions until she did because she had some personal stuff but tbh I wasn't ready Lol I nicknamed it THE BEAST! I have been drinking from 48-64 oz a day of water. On the sodium, I don't add too much salt to my food but do have to use some canned veg more than I'd like for cost reasons. Try to eat 80/20 clean.
