I weigh 200+ pounds but my doctor said I need to lose 110 lbs to be in the normal weight range. It's going to be so hard because I'm hardly active and I binge because of depression. Hello, you all seem like such lovely women! Support is what I need. I am currently in the 200s and I'm mostly bottom heavy (pear shaped) and losing weight has been such a struggle ever since I was 16. I was a size 13 in middle school and a size 16 when I was 16. It just kept going up π I'm currently a size 18-20 in my 20s.β¦
