Due to my lactose intolerance I buy a base, then add the rest myself. It's still a lot of cals but less than premade ones. Also with doing it yourself you have full control of what's on it. So you can choose to not add oils and other extras that's usually on pizza.

Linda McCartneys vegetarian scampi. I was completely skeptical but bought them out of curiosity anyway. Don't know how but they actually smelled like fish. I've been veggie for 4 years now so can't remember what meat and fish tastes like but I did like the veggie scampi and would buy again :).

Yes I was so shocked when I figured out that salads and raw veg, onion & garlic makes me ill. I'm like but they're healthy 😭😭😭 finding it hard to grasp that healthy food makes me ill. I can understand processed food making someone ill but not healthy natural foods @rebelsue2

Banana ice cream! Freeze bananas then blend them until it's the consistency of ice cream then add whatever to it.

Diet pills are a con and can be very dangerous too! They just make you crap out horrible oily gunk. I personally think they should be banned! I've seen the dangers of what they can do firsthand and it's nasty!

I seriously struggle too. Always have done even before I was a veggie. Protein has never been my strong point. I try to eat quorn fillets or quorn mince in and started buying alpro go pro soya yogurts but they're around £1 per pot :| so don't often get them but been starting to buy them for after I've exercised.

@KLD145 I don't know about lacto free Greek yogurt sorry the only lacto free ones I know are the alpro one but for some reason they make me ill. Opsss I have clear pee. I get a lot of headaches and if I don't drink as much as I do they get worse. I'm also thirsty a lot despite how much I drink water.

Yup :) they're a bit chunkier than disposable so not a good look with leggings lol but would rather that then go back to disposable stuff going to landfills 🤢. It's nice to meet someone else who uses reusable pads only ever met one person irl who uses them. @gallicinvasion

Thank you everyone for your responses :) the dreaded period work out came today, wore shorts over my leggings. I have long legs so shorts are like hot pants on me so I don't know how much cover of the pad it made 😆. I've actually had nothing but bad experiences with the pill. Makes me bleed everyday between each periods…

Hi fellow veggie! I struggle with getting protein in my diet too! Do you like quorn? I try to use quorn pieces & mince to get my protein. Lots you can make with the mince like spaghetti bolognese, cottage pie & tacos. You could add banana in to your breakfast too. I'm terrible at cooking so I'm sorry I can't really help 🙈.

This happened to me during a yoga class this week. I didn't feel it until afterwards, I struggled to eat, couldn't laugh cos it hurt too much for about 3/4 days. Kept me awake one night 😖.
