Hope everyone's week is off to a great start. Great to see lots of posts about exercising as it encourages me to get off my butt! It's an area I really struggle to stay motivated in but try to fit in five sessions a week (mostly walking and aerobics). I was slack yesterday so will push myself further today. :)

That's a great loss for your first week Luciicul! I also had a nice first loss of 1.9kgs which was quite a surprise! Maintenance is definitely hard, I hear you! I've yoyo'd with my weight all my life and the longest I've maintained at goal weight is maybe two years? This time when I get there I'm going to continue logging…

Hi, I'm 43. Wanting to lose around 45lbs initially before pushing through for a few more. Aiming for that first as that's the lowest point I get to before things start to go in the wrong direction! 😂 Would love to have some positive friends to keep each other motivated.
