And here's my short intro (sorry tired). I'm Pearl, been here for awhile, on and off for the last 2 years. I'll be 39 next month, live I the UK with hubby and kids, and I'm a part time student, working on a second career in mental health. I have been overweight/obese my whole adult life and with a few babies and life's ups…

@micki48 steps 1 Mar 12220 with a 5 K run. Beat my personal best ever in 35.32 minutes. I know it doesn't sound like much, but I couldn't get it under 40 for weeks. This improvement happened in 20/30 second installments so I've been at it for awhile. Feeling good.

@micki48 steps 28 Feb 6729 with a 30 minutes strength workout and many many flights of stairs lugging furniture, helping someone move (about 2 hours worth)

@micki48 steps 23 Feb 11125 with a 5 K run. Beat my previous time by just over one minute which felt great. @jugar yes I have received those. There is a thread on the forums asking people to report them. Apparently, there was a safety breach a few years back and old accounts are being hacked into by scammers. One of the…

@micki48 I use a very old fashioned stepcounter which literally just counts steps. So there is no way for me to check! Also can't retrieve any missed days. Sorry! Steps 22 Feb: 4911 no workout

Wednesday weigh-in PW: 86.4 CW: 86.3 Not a loss really but I had a big drop last week so I'm trying to remind myself that's a good rate of loss and not let dissappointment derail me.

@micki48 steps 5007 with a 30 minute strength workout. Sorry I don't think my numbers are going to go up for the time being.

@micki48 Steps 09/02 6524, including a 30 minutes strength workout Core & Abs. Steps will not be great this week as kids are off 'school' for half term break so they don't even have zoom lessons and I get even less time to myself. I miss my runs :'(
-
Runs were Mon/wed/Fri- thanks @micki48 Steps 08/02/21 2967 but you can easily double that as I didn't wear my stepcounter most of the day and normally get to around 8000 just living. Also did a 30 minutes legs and abs workout.
-
@jugar @micki48 I only started tracking on 1/02. Of the numbers I've submitted, there are 3 X 5K runs, around 40 minutes each. The runs normally account for 6000ish steps. Today I forgot to put my tracker on until 3 pm so I won't have much to show
-
Thank you. My goal is 10k daily. If I wear my tracker during runs and workouts, is that ok or should I deduct? These are my numbers including workouts. 01/02 12101 02/02. 9443 03/02 17174 04/02. 10402 05/02. 7303 06/02 8760 07/02. 10937 and counting :p

@micki48 happy to join the step team for now. I don't normally track steps but will for for the next 12 weeks.

A few people here mentioned Leslie Sansone. I had never heard of her, so today decided to do a workout to bump my steps. Really enjoyed. She's so energetic! Very easy to get lots of steps and doesn't feel like a sweaty workout. I also did a leg and abs workout this morning. Food was so so but under maintenance so hopefully…

Woohoo! That's amazing!
