Friday weigh-in PW 91.6 CW 91.3 It's a miracle I've lost anything TBH. Food was pretty terrible and didn't log all week. But there was a lot of stress so there is that. I did try a Zumba class for the first time and that was a lot of fun and a good sweat.

I don't have premium and use the barcode scanner on my android phone all the time. Just press the X in the right top corner to close the advert... And agree with previous poster, use listings by weight to avoid ambiguous measurements.

And I'm also on the 'I hate yoga' boat. Tried a few live classes but found it too 'boring'... So I found other ways to move. I know yoga is good for us but if we don't enjoy it, we're hardly going to stick to it, in my opinion anyway

@ashleycarole86 wow that is phenomenal!! Unbelievable achievement. I hope I can do something similar one day. A friend tried to rope me in for a marathon in September but I don't feel that is achievable for me at all. You have inspired me though to hopefully work my way towards something. Congratulations!

Went for my swim in the pond today - cold water has an amazing effect on me, thoroughly enjoyed it and felt reinvigorated aferwards. I need to find the time to start reincorporating regular excersize into my week but ATM that is a struggle...

Friday weigh-in PW 93.3k CW 92.2k Very pleased. Didn't do much excersize but logged all my food. I've booked myself in for an open water swim on Monday in a pond not too far from me.
