I’m not proud to say this but sometimes I eat around 800 calories a day simply because I don’t feel like eating more in the morning and by the time it’s the afternoon I’ve only eaten around 400 calories and I have to force myself to eat another 400. Keep doing both, but in my experience, weights are more important. Do a proper workout with weights and you’ll be burning a load of calories too, leave cardio for 3 times a week for 30 minutes (and not too intensely either, do it in a way that you can maintain an agitated conversation). This should help you!
