i too have similar issues with comfort eating at times due to depression there are days where everything goes to pot just talking it out does alot to help stay on track it helps to have people around that understand

Avoid coffee from the likes of costa cafe nero ect the sugar and calories in those beverages is insane

Speak to people when your losing confidence and it makes it easier to get it back if i think im going somewhere where i might end up binging i fill my stomach with water and im too full to eat

You see yourself alot the changes will be in small incraments your best bet is to take photos at the start of your journey and at each weigh in youll be pleased with your progress

You can stagnate during your weightloss journey for multiple reasons but its normal so dont worry give it more time and dont give up there are lots of us here to help you along
