Well it depends, are you trying to recomp or lose weight first? You can't build muscle in a deficit, your muscles learn to work better but increasing your muscle mass is an entirely different beast.5 -
How much weight do you have left to lose?0

Common issue that fatty bits, wherever they happen to be located, can get squisher and perhaps worse looking when part way to goal, than when actually at goal. The fat doesn't shrink starting with the outer layer then proceed neatly inward; it can deplete anywhere in the fat mass. So, a fatter area that used to look firmer (like a full water balloon) gets a little more droopy (part of the water let out of the balloon), under the influence of gravity. Once the fat shrinks more, the skin can start shrinking. (I went through this process with central fat & hips, for example).
Keep going until you reach goal weight. You may find things look fine, then, or that you're down to the point of just thin skin-folds (which will quite possibly keep shrinking for months). If not happy at that point, don't keep losing weight beyond what's overall healthy: At that point, recomp is one possible strategy.
Hang in there: Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better . . . but decent chance it will get better. :drinker:6 -
You didn’t get them overnight so you’re not going to get rid of them overnight. Continue with your plan and be patient.
Besides, what are you going to do once you get there?1
