I'm on Liberal Low Carb Diet.I eat up to 100g each of carbs and protein per day . I eat a lot of vegetables and some fruits too.After I lose 10 lb , I will increase carbs to 150 g a day and see if I can maintain my weight.

@Cocoabean01, I'm a lolipop or an apple too π @kardsharp, I'm 65, I don't want my wrinkles to show too much either.π΅π½ I'm 54.5 kg/120 lb now. My GW is 50 kg/110 lb which is in normal range for my 5'1'' height with medium frame.

Hi, I'm back ! I lost 26 lb/ 12 kg on keto woe last year.For the last 6 months, I've been living in Thailand. I couldn't use MFP app properly on my phone.I started to put 4.4 lb/2kg back on in the last 3 months .At home in Australia,I don't have temtation of delicious Thai foods everywhere,I'm ready to lose weight again.β¦

In Thailand, almond milk is expensive so I use whole milk to make coffee . β

I normally make coffee with unsweetened almond milk and stevia.Sometimes, I add 2 tsp of cream . I like macadamia milk too and I want to try cashew and pistachio milk too.β

I eat liver and salmon once or twice a week. My doctor told me I have high level of Iron and I 'm low on Vitamin D. So, I'm taking 1000 IU Vitamin D3 as she reccommended.ππ

I knew about hair loss problem in keto/low carb woe and it happened to me. My doctor recommented daily intake of 20 mg Zinc.I have to wait 3 months or until November to see any result.ππ½ββοΈπ©π½

Australian full cream milk with no added sugar ,still has 12 g of carbs and 12g of natural sugar per cup. Milk has natural sugar. I put 30g of milk in my tea and 1 cup of almond milk in my coffee.When macadamia milk is cheap , I put 1/2 cup of that and 1/2 of almond milk in my coffee, so delicious. βπ

I don't like going out in the sunshine if I think it's too hot . After my check up,my doctor recommended I take 1000IU Vitamin D3 daily because I was low on Vitamin D3.πβ

@bametels ,thank you,but no to owning a keto restaurant.We owned a regular restaurant before.My husband was the cook. I love to eat so I have to cook.My meals are quite simple really. Keto foods are little known and expensive.A very small tup of Halo icecream is AUD$10 ! I'm making icecream next. π¨

I cook a lot of Thai foods which are keto friendly if you don't eat rice or noodle. I have side dish of salad or vegetable in stead.

@madwells1 , thank you, I forgot to put a pan of water in the oven with duck. So the duck is a bit dry and burn.Your Korean chicken looks yummy.What's in the sauce ? I want to make Korean Gochujang chicken wings but I need to buy the sauce first. ππΆπΆπΆ
