Hi,everyone, camping and caravaning sound like a lot of fun.A friend tried it out by renting a caravan for aud$130 per day and paid $70 per night to park it at a caravan park.He can park on our property any time when he's in the area.We will be heading to Denmark π©π° in October for a cruise. I'm on low carb diet to look good for my holidays in October and for my health of cause. I cut out all junk foods.So far so good. I might add a bit of black rice,noodles etc, once in a while.

My food choices could not be tied to any one social class.# Mostly in lower middle class & middle class.# some in upper middle class & upper class. # very little in lower class. I will eat any low carb foods but I don't eat raw meat or raw fish. I don't eat junk foods because of carbs and sugar but I won't say no to a niceβ¦

I get high fiber from low carb/ high fiber bread, berries and konjac rice or noodles and vegetables etc .I eat an apple occasionally.

My husband and my son liked junk foods a little too much plus their other bad habits. Now my husband in his 60's and my son in his 30's are willing to eat healthier meals with vegetables to improve their failing health. They come to enjoy healthier foods and better health now a day. I'm happy that they realize that goodβ¦
