i did those calculator things that tells you how many calories i should be eating. my mainintence is 1,800 and then 500 calorie a day deficit is a pound a week which is 1,300 calories a day but i eat some back of my exercise calories if i want to cut i try to not force it

i guess i was worried bc i overworked myself in 2016 when i lost a stone by like far too much excercise eating at most 1,200 calories a day on average but i’ve gained twice the amount of weight i lost so i’m scared i make the same mistakes

today i had 1,900 calories and another day i had 1,700 and i wouldn’t say it’s over restricted bc i add snacks in moderation and also i just found out i should be eating exercise calories. i just calculated and over the week i’ve had a collective deficit of 2058 so probably only half a pound loss this week i’d assume but…
