i don’t really keep track of marcos but i just looked at it on average it’s like 15% protein and one day it was 22% and idk my goal weight, just whenever i look slim but i’m possibly losing overall 30 pounds and i’m currently 154

before i used to eat so much and be an emotional eater. but i think a lot of that was to do with greed and when i say used to i mean a week ago sksks

yeah i plan to go back to oatmeal rather than just a small smoothie and 1 pound a week. mfp told me 1200 but i’m aiming for 1,3500 and 1,400 at most. i think i feel guilty bc it’s unhealthy idk it’s so annoying

do you think a person who is 158 pounds who’s 5 foot 5 inch is more likely to lose a pound a week. idk

short term goal 1 stone and long term goal another stone idk it depends what i look like

but those workouts seem to be aimed at already fit people but i suppose if i increase the amount each day it’s basically then just a 30 day challenge

yeah i suppose. i’m less stressed out and it now and my goals seem more realistic but my insides are probs messed up and i’m surprised i’ve not had a heart attack yet

bc there’s so many calories in each thing i was eating and i normally eat like a few sharing bags of sweets and chocolates a day and then bars of chocolates ( not including meals)
