i don’t want to undereat i want to eat as much as possible and i did think 2,000 is a bit much but i am obese but idk. i think i’ll go with 1,500 - 1,600 another app just said to have to have 1,560 to lose weight and 2,260 to maintain so will go with 1,500

yeah i’ll stop doing it for the next one although it didn’t feel bad but maybe bc i’m young and was lucky in that one instance

there’s always arms, abs, legs and glute body weight section and there’s parts of the workouts where there’s a lot of jumping dancing lunges of various degrees. do u think that will actually do anything? i will go back to the gym to life heavy weights in a few months i just want to focus of my stamina and breathless friar…

yeah sadly i know this it just sucks bc i love monsters. if i could i would cut out all junk food and fast food but i just can’t do it. i would LOVE to not like chocolate or unhealthy food. i think the main issue is “detoxing” your body from it like i didn’t have take out for 3 weeks and then didnt crave it

what if i phone the doctors and they’re like well obviously monsters are to blame and then look at me like i’m dumb. it’s not all the time it happens for example it was at night about 8-10 hours after drinking the monster and today it happened pretty much as soon as i started drinking it

the only caffeine i consume is monster u less there’s caffeine in other things i don’t know about. is there caffeine in zero calorie fizzy drinks?

currently i’m trying to her my sleeping schedule back to normal which has been going well i think that played a big part in it bc i think j it’s late at night when people crave foods abs if i’m up until 6am then that window is bigger idk

i live in uni halls and my bathroom is tiny and not level but when i weigh myself i do it on the same spots but like i move it around on the same spots to see if the number is consistent which it normally is. should i weigh myself in the kitchen where the floor is flat? but that means that i can’t weigh myself naked

it’s water weight and when i’ve gained a bunch of weight before it would go down a pound a day until i got back to my regular weight so i know from experience

update: just saw his body as before i only saw his stats and he’s not even skinny fat he seems like a good natural healthy weight possible it’s body dysmorphia i just want to help him but obvs not qualified too

yeah i am for example i have 2 10kg fumbles and before only used one and trying to incorporate both dumbells 20kgs but i think it might be an i just bc i can’t life the smaller weights when doing a certain exercise like i can’t lift it all the way up only half way

it’s in the lower middle part of the back so i didn’t think it was muscle soreness that ppl get after a new workout and i’m not that it’s an injury anymore bc i’m workout out rn and it’s sore but i’d when i lay down ahh i’m so confused
