thank you but it’s more 1,400cals on the days i don’t workout and 1,500 - 1,600cals a day when i do and i never used to do that and hardly got the urge to i over eat

it might be because i buy low calorie snacks like fiber one 90bars and then eat them in moderation and then all of a sudden we by t to eat them all i want to stop buying them until o reach my goals but it kinda comforts me having them in the cupboard idk why

i don’t think 120lbs isn’t that unrealistic. maybe start new exercises like strength training and lowering your calories slightly to break the plateau and the weight on your thighs, hips and love handles is probably coming off at a similar rate as the rest of your body it’s probably just because you’re more focused on that

it’s not as sore as it was early so i think it’s just because i’ve never worked that muscle as hard as i did on monday with the squeezing of the fluted with 115lbs on the leg press machine i’m not sure if that’s bad

you can get oil spray that’s 1 calorie per spray and i recommend it

oh i didn’t know that that’s helpful thank you it’s probably water weight and a tiny bit of fat gain from overeating but not a lot since jeans fit now and i also forgot that water retention can happen anywhere in the body and the types of foods i was eating was also a factor

sorry this is annoying i’m just stressed but it’s really noticeable in my thighs and butt which i’m not that mad at i’m just mad at myself really but i’ve been back on track this week and went from 146 to 143 within this week

the workout dvds that i love doing got too easy so i started to incorporate hand weights like 3 weeks ago and now my strength has improved quickly too!!
