  • I started to be consistent! I always have exercised every day but not with a strict routine. Starting February 1st I was good for 5 days straight by forcing myself to do cardio. Then do weightlifting. Row 5K, SPIN, MTB outdoors, Row 5K, Row 5K............................Today is day#6
  • Great Job avoiding sweets! My problem is I drink beer every night! So I am cutting that down to light beer only and 2x week instead of every night. I am also starting February off right by logging 30 minutes of cardio every day! So far 5 days straight!

  • Hello: I think you should not exercise so much each day that it equals 1400 calories that you are allowed for that day. Just focus on aerobic exercise to burn 500 calories per day.
