  • I’m still losing but my arms are a little wrinkly and saggy. It seems like it is getting a bit better. I am doing arm exercises such as tricep dips and I swim. I take collagen each day. I was also told to use Nectifirm and Glypro mixed twice a day. Probably a huge waste of money but I’m continuing because something seems…
  • I just switched to an Apple Watch so that I could swim with it. So far it is holding up in the water but it’s only been about a week. I don’t expect any issues. I like it much more than I did my Fitbit.

  • I add a protein shake (100 calorie vanilla muscle milk) to my coffee with ice and sip on it for an hour or so for breakfast. It has really helped me.

  • I am so thankful to you all for this discussion. I am 43 and have lost 55lbs with about 15 to go. My arms are my only issue with lose skin. It is terrible but they keep changing and looking different. I am hoping it gets better in time but constantly worried. Your comments in this discussion give me some hope.

  • This started for me last month as I am close to my goal. I have gone exactly ten days twice in stall and then drop. On another one now on day 7. The drops at the end are fun but tough to stay motivated sometimes in between.
