That’s far too little. Your body will be in starvation mode and you will NOT lose weight! It’s taken me years to finally understand that! Now I do and eating more and losing weight.

Hi, I’m veggie too but get most protien from protien shakes, bars etc. If it wasn’t for those I would never hit my target. The items mentioned above is also a good filler :-)
