Thank you all for sharing and giving me great ideas! I'll definitely try them out. @SummerSkier, I usually eat back some of the exercise calories, and I try to stay between 1300-1500 cals per day, but maybe I should exercise more and also stop the calorie adjustment, as @tgillies003 suggested earlier.
