I started drinking coffee for the first time in my life this year (I seriously woke up one day and decided it sounded good). I want to add all the yummy creamer into it, but I am measuring the creamer out and just adding it to my diary. I enjoy it too much to not have it.

I got new PJ's for Christmas that are too tight. I want to fit in them and not have to return them!

When it comes to eating animals. I buy as much as i am going to eat. I feel guilty if i throw a lot of meat away because the animal died in vain. Sounds silly but that's my thought!

I have a work water bottle at my desk that I make a goal of filling it up at least 3 times during the day. Having a goal and intention at the beginning of the day helps remind me to drink and fill it up :) I also keep a water bottle in my car with the goal that I drink the whole thing while commuting.

Absolutely! I do hot power yoga multiple times a week and it is a killer workout for me. I am always sore afterwards :)
