I like the smaller slices of hearty whole grain bread I found. They are half the size of what I used to use, and half the calories. From 140/slice to 70/slice. I agree that weekly average is the key. Just remember if you have a splurge, you weight will likely show a little spike for a day or two while the food is "processed". This is just temporary.
