So can we get back to helping me with these questions now lol? I think I know where those other two posters stand haha. But I would really REALLY appreciate some more input. Thanks.

I'm just following the numbers MFP set up for me.
-
Goals: I'm currently 188lbs, my goal is to get back down to 155lbs. MFP has me on a 1500 calorie diet in order to lose 2lbs every week. Capabilities: Fully capable. Restrictions: I own a treadmill and a stationary bike. No other equipment. I've done quite a bit of research on high intensity interval training and it's…

Yeah, so the first screenshot is the exercise tracked by Google Fit on my watch. The second screenshot is where Google Fit imported my exercise into MFP. MFP is set to calories, as I have no idea what Kjs is lol

So Google Fit number is only burned calories and the MFP is adding back in the Active Calories???
-
That's correct, I was on a stationary bike lol
-
Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
-
My concern is that the calorie count was more or less the same on Fit and my actual counter on the exercise bike. Then when my total calories burned gets imported into MFP, the total changes. I'm just wondering why the total changes and which number I should trust.

Ok, thanks for the insight everyone. It seriously helped a ton! Thanks!

Thanks so much for the responses! So with my calorie burned at 685, I should eat back around half to begin with and go from there. So instead of needing to eat 1385 calories to reach my goal, I should only eat around 1042 for the rest of the day. If I'm following correctly.
