  • I know how that can be lol. Most of the people that are training at my gym are pretty buff dudes. But in the end we all go for our own goals. Just focus on that. We all have to start somewhere.
  • My advice would be full body workouts and rest until you are no longer sore. As a beginner this will mean 2-3 workouts per week max.

  • Plan your meals for the following week and buy groceries accordingly. If you don’t have it, you can’t eat it.
  • Your body adjusts to workouts and becomes more efficient. This means you will burn less calories when you do the same routine over and over. So it’s beneficial to switch between different exercises. You could try HIIT for maximum calorie burning. But truth be told 80% happens outside the gym and inside the kitchen.
  • My advice would be to go for something sustainable. Not too many people can do keto for a longer period of time. When working out it is essential to get enough proteins and carbs.   • Eat what you like, but be honest to yourself. More often than not you will know what food is holding you back.
