I’m not a fan my family strictly eats organic raised without antibiotic meat it’s expensive but the taste and quality can’t be compared

I’m in the same boat and same height here are a few things I add in it’s not easy to get as much protein when your goal weight is 225+ lbs Premier protein shakes as someone above said Cottage cheese I really like the good cottage cheese brand Jumbo Lump crab meat Shrimp coctail Salmon and chicken obviously Lentil soups…

1 cup Costco Egg whites, 6 asparagus spears, 2 cups organic baby spinach, 3oz organic white mushrooms sliced, 10 organic grape tomatoes, 0.5 cup of mixed bell peppers cook all the veggies in coconut oil spray take them out then readd as egg whites cook

I love the chocolate chip cookie dough and eat 1/4 or 1/2 a container a few nights a week second best is the caramel macchiato third vanilla beat I really think people just consider it diet food and have some sort of view that it’s not healthy it fits in my macros great and I don’t crave anything less healthy or sugary
