There are several different veggies and beans that have higher proteins in them. And I'm looking for vegan bcaa's also. But that's what I'm getting from YouTube videos.

In transitioning into being a vegetarian so I feel like it may be beneficial. I just didn't know if there was a reason for me to need it. Every fitness person I know used protein powder so I was like uhhh should I get some now?

I think more of a whole body workout. I'm just trying to lean out and build strength. I am a serious weakling and I'm ready to get over that. Lol. And I am an extreme beginner. I have never lifted weights before two days ago.

I don't necessarily have a program right now. I'm just using a bar and doing lifts I can think of off the top of my head. Then I do them as many times as possible.
