Or because I cracked my tooth 🤣🤣 It was a really soft one…more like a cake bar it was the dinky moose ones if you have ever heard of them 🤣🤣 I think the tooth was on its way out anyway! I am actually the same…. I am scanning everything and I’m eating about 1000-1100 calories a day… I scan the barcodes on every food item and some are inaccurate so I put i create it as a new food.. I love walking :) Me and my husband used to walk up to our local park which used to take about 10-25 mins Then we would walk all around the park to get in 10,000 steps Weather has been a bit naff where we are this year so haven’t done it but invested in a treadmill :) x Well done you for your weight loss 😘😘 xx

I brought one from Asda…a chocolate brownie one…it says to mix it with water…and I felt like I was drinking water from a mop bucket 🤢🤢 I’m gunna try it with milk next time I think lol!

Certain medications can make you gain weight aswell… That’s how I’ve put all my weight back Went a bit fruit loopy for a while and was put on anti psychotics…and I piled it on by snacking on well…snacks 🤣🤣

I have been doing 1200 calories a day for 2 weeks and lost 4lb… This is what MFP gives me when I set it up in goals I will up my calories in the next few weeks though… But you MUST track everything…even gravy,sauce,mayo,ketchup,oil I think your under estimating your calorie intake… I’ve just done a calorie counter for you…

I find I’m fuller on protein foods :) So I have a bacon and eggs in the morning :) I eat lean meats…so skinny burgers, chicken, pork loins Even protein bars make me full :) I’m not a big eater anyway…well I used to think I wasn’t but I would have 2 meals a day and obviously the second meal would be loaded with calories……

Chicken is good :) it has lots of protein :) I buy the diced chicken…not sure if your in the UK but we have Aldi and Iceland here :) it’s about £4 ish… Battered chicken or coated chicken will be higher in calories :)
