What is your height and weight? And how much do you want to lose per week? I’ve set mine to 1lb a week loss and I can have 1450.I find that suitable for me so I can keep up with it.:) slow loss is good as it’s maintainable :) Good luck with your weight loss journey xx

I love pasta!! So I tend to just have that as a treat (lasagne) Birds eye do a bag of frozen vegetable rice 184 calories u could do that with some meatballs and tomato passata :) it’s lovely xx but again only a treat

Your not alone! Although I don’t drink wine During lockdown due to the anxiety and stress of it all, I have put on weight due to drinking ciders.330 calories per bottle!! And this is why I’m here You can however have beer or wine in your calorie deficit just not a whole 2-3 bottles hehehe xx

I did my BMI and I was 25.9 I am now 24.9 so I have lost weight but I don’t know whether I have lost any fat Saying that I brought a scale the other day that measures body fat I think I was 33 or 34 and now I’m 30.8 so I don’t know if that makes a difference x

The first few days were the hardest for me doing 1500 calories...but then It got easier I divided my calories into 3/4 meals so that would be 350-400 calories per meal In Aldi they do Danish bread 51 calories per slice.2 slices with 2 eggs is about 200-250 calories... One day eating too much protein won’t hurt...but just don’t do it for a few days in a row xx I did that by accident and I had the worst stomach ache ever! Sorry for the info but I couldn’t wait to have my bowels open! Haha! But then again I have IBS so maybe that contributed to the pain x
