@nebslp I set an alarm plus my Fitbit goes off 10 minutes prior to the hour. I have had my Fitbit since March 27, 2018. This is the first time I had 5 consecutive days in a row. Unfortunately I missed it by one hour this afternoon. I only completed 11/12 today. So need to start again for 6 in a row. 😊

Well, I have to admit I forgot about Move It Monday’s however I did reach a goal on Monday. First time I made 5 days in a row of making 12 hours of doing 250+ steps per hour.

@nebslp great job on walking and finding a way around staying safe and exercise too. Not to be negative but watch out for sidewalks not all are even. I was part of a walk club and the route they selected was uneven and caused great knee pain. Couldn’t walk for month’s because of pain. I found another smooth place are the…

@77tes I like that functional aging. I am 58 and overweight and need to become functional while I age because I don’t have anyone to look out for me. No husband, no kids. I think that will be a new goal. Thank you.

In 2014, I did my first triathlon. I ended up in last place but I finished . I would like to do another one or at least a duathlon (biking and walking). I fell recently in the house and was not able to get up on my own. I had to call a neighbor. I want to be able to get up on my own. I was born with bad knees so it hurts…
