  • @texasgardnr I feel the virtual 5Ks are the safest right now. They are also getting me out of the house and exercising. I selected at least one 5K each month in the summer to do. This way it forces me to exercise and prepare. Instead of sitting at home watching TV; a habit I have been trying to limit.

  • Monday I again walked 10 minutes at a time but this time it added up to 60 minutes. I also completed 250+ steps per hour for 12 hours.

  • @MadisonMolly2017 thank you Yes, I signed up for another 5K so I need to get out and walk more regularly and different venues. Exercise different ways to strengthen my back and hips. Continue to lose weight.
  • Just finished my first 5K in 7 years took way too long because of back pain. But I finished. I now have a new base line.

  • @prgirl39mfp excellent I use the Fitbit and MFP to track water. The are synced together. I like how Fitbit stores it. Does the Water Lama send you reminders?
