  • I've lost over 5 1/2 stone but still have a BMI of 29. People are CONSTANTLY telling me I've lost enough now, that I'll look ill. That I can't possibly hope to lose nearly 21/2 stone more as it will make me ill. Erm you go tell my doctor that. He thinks I need to keep going and work on getting to a BMI or 25. You know..…
  • Ha ha ha. I meant I get married this year! I’m too greedy on WW. You can eat unlimited chicken and eggs and well... if you’re allowed I find it almost impossible to stop!
  • I know what you mean... my muffin too is offensive!! I’ve lost over 5 stone. That leaves you with considerable skin on the tummy area. I work out 5 times a week. I’ve skimmed down but the muffin top is still there. It’s the only way I can hold my clothes up as my tummy is so squashy and I have NO bum! Don’t Judge is ppl.…
  • @angelb1983 I don’t ever have cheat days. They make me feel rubbish! However I did this week and evens ate a few of my calories from exercise. Lost 1 this week (usually use 1/2) so I’m delighted!

  • @88olds thanks for replying. Fair point well made... I do enjoy the food I am eating and don’t go hungry. I could keep this up forever I guess. But it’s hard to stay motivated isn’t it!!! I admit, I’m getting married in July. It’s never been a race and I hate myself for admitting this but a little bit of me would like to…
  • @Dilvish thanks for the advice about carbs. As I’ve always done weight watchers or slimming world I actually know very little about what my body needs. I will bear that in mind when food planning thanks. I’m 33 btw. I have a personal trainer that keeps me on my toes exercise wise but yes I definitely keep to the same old…
  • @MommyL2015 ha ha ha I read it back and laughed at me moaning about 18 days. But honestly i know 18 days is nothing... but I’ve not actually lost weight since November. And I’ve been on my weight loss journey for 4 years. So yes, patience is definitely needed. But 4 years of dieting is a very long time! 🤣 thanks for…
