Thank you so much for taking the time to suggest some helpful things. I've been thinking about a diabetes dietician however, I don't currently have an endocrinologist. I had asked my primary doctor if I should go to one but she felt as though I didn't need to see an endo.

I'm in your boat except that I already have Type II Diabetes so that makes it even harder to drop the pounds, plus our metabolism is slower, for sure. :'( You're doing very well with your exercising which is another component that I'm adding to my lower food intake. I wish all of you here great results and here's hoping…
