  • I also love cheese, but dairy always causes excess mucus for me among other problems. I LOVE and have always loved eggs, and my partner makes amazing scrambled eggs, so I am very excited at being able to eat together again when I spend weekends there.
  • Happy Sunday, everyone! Here is to a productive and rewarding week for all!Last check-in weight: 154.4 Current weight: 157.6 Pounds until 149: 8.6 So happy to still be in the 150s, especially because TOM is coming either today or tomorrow. I just installed the Happy Scale app, and my first mini goal is 155.2. Hoping to hit…
  • Thanks so much, Nora (@frida001)! It was a little over two weeks, so I am SO happy to be on the other side of things. Good for you for sticking to the tea! I am also a wine drinker, so I have to build that into my plan because I have a glass of red daily!
  • Congrats, Brenda! You're right to listen to your body -- we don't need you collapsing!
  • I would LOVE to drop 13 pounds in March! I feel like I am probably closer to 160 after the post-sickness eating I did, so I may be going for 145 to y'all's 155. I'm in for the challenge!
  • So happy the scale started moving again! Ping pong sounds awesome! Did you just start exercising? I know I always retain and even gain right when I start exercising for at least a week before the scale starts moving again.
  • Mexican is always worth it! It's awesome that you're all starting at the same weight, too! March is going to be our month, ladies!
  • Thanks Tracey! I am so excited!
  • Hi everyone! Sorry I have been ghost. I have been improving and with that, I was straight up ravenous over the past couple of days and fell way off track. I'm going to be back to posting tomorrow. My new plan is to get back to keto tomorrow but to do so as an ovo vegetarian. I know keto has always been best for me and my…
  • Welcome to all the newbies! So sorry I have been away - my diminished appetite while sick switched off as I have been improving over the past couple of days, and I was RAVENOUS! I am going to be back on plan and updating tomorrow (I hope I'm still int he 150s!!!)
  • I am hoping for 144 by the end of March. That's right at 2 lbs/week! My reach goal is 140, but I will take what I can get!
  • Those fruits and veggies look SOOOOOOOOO good! You definitely got hydration through those. What kind of candy did you have???? (I know -- I'm terrible!)
  • Don't apologize! That does sound frustrating. I think our bodies are constantly in flux as women, so there are usually so many factors that can make up the weight we see. Be kind to yourself. I think waiting a while to weigh again will definitely help with your psyche!
  • I have also never heard of cabbage rice! Is it like rice fried with cabbage? Because that sounds AMAZING.
  • Last check-in weight: 155 Current weight: 154.4 Pounds until 149: 5.4 It looks like the bloating is going down, and I am starting to feel a bit better! OMAD is going well so far -- not experiencing much hunger outside of my meal, but that might also be related to my diminished appetite while sick. We'll see what happens as…
  • Oh wow! Well, I hope you get better soon!
  • Welcome Bev, Skunk, Nora, and Poison! Poison, you're exactly where you should be! :)
  • Day 4: 2/20 Weight: 154.4 | 25.4 pounds to go! OMAD: ~4:30 PM Same meal, different day! Chicken and wild rice soup, water with ACV, kiwi, 2 strawberries (not pictured), a Brazil nut for selenium, and a Dang chocolate sea salt protein bar (which was NOT pleasant, unfortunately).
  • It seems like it's getting a bit better, so fingers crossed! I am one of those weird people that actually loves the taste :D.
  • It's hot here, so it's a bit odd to eat even though it is technically "winter." But I actually really love soup, and it would be SO easy to just make a big batch at the beginning of the week to reheat and eat everyday. I'm so busy right now with school and research, and it's definitely a good way to make sure I get my…
  • Thank you so much for the vibes! And I also LOVE kisses. I love chocolate in general actually... I am always trying to find a way to eat it! :)
  • I love your "all will be fine" attitude, Maddie! I need that type of energy in my life when it comes to the scale :D
  • Day 3: 2/19 Weight: ~155 (still not sure of the accuracy) | 26 pounds to go! OMAD: ~3:15 PM Suuuuper boring, I know. I have been having pretty much the same meal for the past few days in different iterations. When I am up for more solid meals, there will be a lot more variety. For now, these meals are definitely convenient…
  • Thanks, Joe! And I agree -- it has amazing benefits! Drinking some in my water right now!
  • I am 100% in for Microscope March! Like Brenda, I won't count calories, but I will definitely track water, sleep, exercise, stress level, etc. I was tracking my resting bpm at one point in an effort to get it down, so I may add that, too! ETA: Would it be possible for us to have a thread for this? I would love to read…
  • Welcome, Five Points!
  • Oh no! I hope you feel better soon! Do you have to have them removed?
  • I can't stop staring at that cabbage :D. I LOOOOOVE cabbage! I may make some cabbage soup tonight.
  • Yuck. And this is why moving to Miami is still in my top 5 of the greatest decisions I've ever made. I hope you all get better weather soon. It really does impact the mood.
  • Thanks for the well wishes! Steph's post just reminded me of something huge: this is actually only my second time being sick in the past 3 years (which is HUGE because I used to get sick at least 6 times a year), and I realized that I have stopped drinking ACV regularly, which is what I used as a probiotic/wonder…
