Welcome, @LadySaton!

I LOVE Mellow Mushroom! Man, I wish there was one around here. I can't imagine how you were able to only eat 2 pieces! SO GOOD! And ONE Hershey kiss?! What is your secret??? Good luck on the scale tomorrow!
-
YAAAAAAAY on that 169!!!! You got 165 in the bag, girl!

Definitely doing TMAD on workout days (tomorrow), and thank you so much for the reminder about meditating, Steph! I do always feel much better when I do that, so I am going to make sure I do that.

I love me a good egg sandwich! Yes, please come back and let us know how it tasted! And good luck on your weigh-in!
-
Awesome progress!!!! Your hubby sounds super cute!
-
Yum to that pasta! Also not a peeps fan, but I do love seeing their bright colors in the store this time of year!

I'm somewhat ashamed to admit that I ate that whole pint of ice cream, but I was ravenous yesterday. I only ate half of that cookie because it was awful. As mentioned before, I think I need to have a larger eating window on workout days. I am usually not super hungry after cardio, but I am straight up starving after…

Thanks for the support, ladies! Yes, eating what you want does make OMAD that much more enjoyable. I think I was trying to "supercharge" fat loss before so that I could hit goal by a certain date, but I think that's putting on too much pressure at an already stressful time. I keep getting sick, so I need to reduce stress…

I agree with @pinkfairy88! Stick around, @39flavours! Awesome job on your new low, @pinkfairy88!!!

That bread looks amazing!!!! Sending vibes for your LC bread!

I'd love to move some water, too. I wish there was a way to get the keto water loss without keto :D good luck!
-
I can definitely tell, but I am not sure if I notice it any more with OMAD.
-
It sure does!
-
Way to go!!!! Congrats!
-
Great job maintaining! I hope you never see 61 again!

I pretty much ate the exact opposite of how I planned, but this was really quick. I have since decided to eat what I want like I am supposed to on OMAD anyway. I do want to tackle my sugar addiction, but I think focusing on exercise and OMAD is probably all I can handle right now.

LOL! Sexy time exercise is always worth it to me! I also had some sexy time in addition to my workouts, so that might be another reason why I'm not recovering as quickly (and my hunger has also been through the roof!). I like being "acrobatic" and was probably doing way too much LOL.

I made a new goal of getting out of the 150s. I think 4-5 pounds each month will be my goal from now on since I am not following keto and will be working out.

Glad you're feeling a bit better! That WARMAD sounds awesome. Is it supposed to be like a combo of the Warrior Diet and OMAD?
-
Man the exercise is NO joke with putting weight on you. I get the science and everything behind it but it's SO frustrating, especially because inch loss takes so long. I am almost toying with not even weighing until the end of the month because I feel like I will go ballistic if I see something too crazy.

I agree with the sweet tooth woes. It is SO hard not having something sweet at the end of a meal, so I am thinking of having a protein shake with my meals. It's sweetened with stevia and only 5g carbs, so I think it should work. Can't replace cookies or anything, but maybe it will help. I may also start with fruit again.
-
You're killing it, girl! I need to start wearing my FitBit again.
-
So happy to hear this is helping you, Maddie! Great job getting back down from the 154s! I have a horrible habit of seeing an upward bump and falling off track (especially when I have been doing everything right), so you are my inspiration for the day.

Y'all are too funny! I used to play powderpuff football, and apparently I was doing too much of that under the guise of "defense" during the game :D And then she would throw the ball too hard, and I would get mad and have to pause to look at my nails. Thanks so much for your support, ladies! I think getting active is most…
