I've been lifting on and off since highschool, but just recently bought myself my own weights and rack for home. I don't follow any workout specifically just try to piece together lifts I like into something alternating upper and lower days. I would love to be friends with anyone who posts their workouts as having a plan…

Did not even realize you could do it with a barbell.... Had only ever seen it before with the machine/rack thing at the gym. Thanks!

Yup, fairly often. That being said it's less often in person when I get all dolled up with heels as I end up being well over 6 feet tall which is usually intimidating. So that's once or twice a year lol. Thankfully married now to a taller guy who doesn't mind seeing eye to eye when I'm in heels

Is it any specific exercise? If not this month I'm at 41.... But not sure of a goal number lol I'm definitely more into a specific exercise challenge (not cardio) than just a generic lose weight one which all of them seem to be.

And how many is that? I'll likely be shoveling tomorrow

I'm following this as I too would like to know how to track my racing/track days. It's surprisingly exhausting, especially if you have back to back races. According to google, they say riding a bike burn 170 to 600 calories an hour, so I'd go with the higher end.

All the extra weight has been added just the last few months. Went from playing at the top level internationally in my sport (roller derby) to not playing at rec level. I could no longer afford to play at the top anymore (made me sad), but never adjusted my eating for the reduced activity. I also love ice cream wayyyyy too…

I'm 5'11" and 190lbs, hoping to get to 170lbs. This app has me set to eat 1880 cal but I have only met that goal a few time (I'm new here). My recent weight gain has been because I could no longer afford to compete and play at the top level of my sport but I've still been eating the same. I'm trying to get to the gym at…
