April Strength Training Sets Challenge

I didn't see a challenge like this, so here goes for anyone interested. Since being plagued by injuries, cardio is out for now and strength is where it's at. Challenge is simple: set a monthly goal for sets and record progress along the way. B)

    Is it any specific exercise? If not this month I'm at 41.... But not sure of a goal number lol

    I'm definitely more into a specific exercise challenge (not cardio) than just a generic lose weight one which all of them seem to be.
