I don't use butter and haven't, for years. You can use a greasy vegetable (avocado?) instead of the butter. In baked goods, prune butter or applesauce would work as a handy substitute, but I don't know about stuffing.........you'll want to blenderize all of this together, so it's creamy.

Just for today, I am fasting. This is my first IF day all week. I think my minimum is going to settle at 3. Just guessing on that one, but I did 3 last winter and did not gain. I did not lose, but didn't gain, either. I can do one, easily, 2 sometimes, and 3, really difficult and few and far between.

I'm in. I have terrible trouble with the midnight munchies. Mostly it's habit from being here, someplace I'm not terribly happy. Hoping that once I get over to Camp this summer (off grid), that I'll be too tired to bother firing up the generator for just popcorn! lol.

I don't seem to need as much protein as even the FDA recommends. I get between 40-70 grams a day, some days it's much less (when I am exercising) and some days more, (resting and digesting).
