My name is Mona and I live in the Northeast, so winter can be pretty challenging for staying on track. I don't like to credit Elon Musk for anything, but he did say that if you can't succeed at something by giving it six months, then you don't want it bad enough. I find myself agreeing, so here's to the next six months!…

I'm sorry, I'm suffering from OLD, so I'm sure I'm missing something.....what is the actual challenge? Is it just posting consecutively for 10 days? I am on a personal 30 day accountability challenge to log food, even when I know I've over-eaten....(which is the hard part for me, i.e., stop being in denial about my…

yes, using a food scale.....the portions seem to be calculated slightly differently....for instance, coconut milk....cup on mfp, bowl on noom, i was assuming that a bowl is 16 ounces = 2 cups......Doesn't seem like that could be it, but maybe. I am going to use the same calorie count, see if that makes a dif...it's a bit…

24,000 steps for this week and one more workout to go.........weight is down half-pound to 234.5, although I'm not convinced my scales are really sensitive enough to catch a 1/2 lb~! lol.
-
or register me, or something? BW = 1/1/20 = 250 Today's weight = 235 thanks!
-
Can someone post a link to the February trimstones, i couldn't get in.....

I'm a Zero user, for those of you who also IF.....

emmajhare....not sure if you are interested, but there's some very good low-cal chocolate out there....just found it myself, it's sweetened with chicory root fiber and erthritol....better then maltitol, but still made in a lab....oh, well, it's kind of junk food, anyhow, so i'll not have very much at once....

I only fasted twice last week but still came in under 10,000 calories. I also exercised 3x and am upping the length of workouts this week. Sadly, my body is NOT getting the message to my hindbrain, so stuck at 238, which is just about what i expected. sigh. 10,0000 steps yesterday and fasted. Wouldn't it be nice if we lost…

Been using my garmin this week, not up to my 800 minutes of exercise yet, but getting there....no change in weight last week, hopefully, something will shift this week, since I started exercising again, earlier then I planned. :)

Angmarie28: wow, that’s not much sugar for someone who works out....admirable that you can keep to it. I am prolly not going to go below 100 mgs....good for you!
-
Beginning weight, 1/1/20 = 250 Current weight, 1/19/20 = 238
-
I can’t believe how much sugar there is, in food; I have cut out all added sugar, since the first, and my protein shakes are sweetened with fruit, monks fruit and stevia. I STILL get 100 grams daily, wow!

I am in the same boat....promised myself I would start intermittent fasting, come NY’s day, and I did. I was too hungry yesterday, so trying again today. I took iron yesterday, as I was getting really tired, and sleeping too much (11 hours), hoping the iron will help with that. So far, so good, feel better today...gonna…

Definitely feeling some detox symptoms....despite all the sleep I’ve been getting (12 hours, some nights)....still feel very tired and spacey, intermittently nauseous, while my body adjusts to the IF’ing. Glad I made the decision NOT to try and work in exercise, yet. One major adjustment at a time, hey?
-
DreaRN15- I’ve noticed the detox period is less and less, each time, have you noticed that?
-
Yea, so, I am actually using these numbers, as of My first weigh in. Beginning weight on 1/1/20 = 250 First week in, Sunday, 1/5/20 = 249. Fasting every other day less then 500 calories. Weekly calorie goal: Under 10,0000. Starting light aerobics (plus stretching) for an hour 3 x week, starting Feb 1, maybe sooner.

Did you know that both sugar and coffee were industrial schemes to reduce the amount of food the factories had to feed their workers, back in the day? Sugar AND coffee are both very addictive substances.....and withdrawals are quite real.....I get them all, bad breath, stinky sweat, jitters, insomnia, weakness, etc. etc.…

I weighed myself on Sunday, but couldn’t get into here, until today. Man, I really hate troubleshooting digital stuff, gah! Anyhow, my scales said I’d dropped 9 pounds, but that’s just an anomaly...a lot of bloaty, liquid filled fat cells.shrunk by IF’ng....3rd day this week......and I WILL hit a plateau by week 4, so I’m…

My goals for 2020 1. Meditate daily. 2. Log daily 3. Do some sort of exercise every third day, starting second week of Jan. 4. Fast intermittently. 5. Try not to have triggered episodes of temper loss. 6. Mini goal is to have logged, and gotten 3 workouts in each week, (with stretching), and have IF’d, at least 6 days, by…

I am a Scorpio with a Leo rising. The Leo makes me appear to be affable, friendly, gregarious and funny. That’s all it is, though, an appearance. Deep down, I am ALL Scorpio, lol. My Gemini moon allows me to be super curious about this world and so, I am a life long learner. As for my 12 houses, they are in the formation…

I'm just the opposite, I LOVE cardio and HATE weight lifting. I found that the tabata/zumba routines were really FUN as well as hard enough work to put me in an aerobic/anaerobic one to one, pattern. Kiera (sp?) Leshae (team Leshae) Dance Move Werk is great for this! I had to scroll through YouTube to find a bunch that…
