I'm hoping to be more green this month. Broccoli is our friend!

Did you know that both sugar and coffee were industrial schemes to reduce the amount of food the factories had to feed their workers, back in the day? Sugar AND coffee are both very addictive substances.....and withdrawals are quite real.....I get them all, bad breath, stinky sweat, jitters, insomnia, weakness, etc. etc. It’s awful, but the more I fast, the lessor time I have to endure them....here’s to hoping they pass, quickly, this time!

Yea, so, I am actually using these numbers, as of My first weigh in.
    Beginning weight on 1/1/20 = 250
    First week in, Sunday, 1/5/20 = 249.
Fasting every other day less then 500 calories.
    Weekly calorie goal: Under 10,0000.
Starting light aerobics (plus stretching) for an hour 3 x week, starting Feb 1, maybe sooner.

still experimenting. 16+ is my current goal (i.e. skip breakfast and lunch). According to a podcast I just listened to, by triggering longevity genes via fasting I'm going to live to 114 B)

I started fasting a couple weeks ago for 16 hrs per day. from about 8pm-12pm.

Ive been doing 16 hour fasts for a long time, and i feel better, and less hungry when fasting that long. Also we have a buisness come in, they do our body analysis', but the owners who job is learn and study all the new studies about our bodies health and wellness. He taught it in college for years until going off on his own. Anyways, he did a lesson that was about fasting for 12 hours each day has countless benefits including gut health, preventative health (like reduces risk of cancers, heart disease and more) helps slow down aging. and more but I cant remember
