I'm sorry, I'm suffering from OLD, so I'm sure I'm missing something.....what is the actual challenge?
Is it just posting consecutively for 10 days?
I am on a personal 30 day accountability challenge to log food, even when I know I've over-eaten....(which is the hard part for me, i.e., stop being in denial about my binging.... Is that what we are doing?
If so:
Lost 9 pounds since January first, 2023.
Gonna exercise today with an old standby (A compilation disc I made from 5 different dance vids that I liked: 1 1/2 hours, all told).
I fasted yesterday, it was the first fast under 500 calories (sneaking up on it...lol).
Gonna do protein shake and vegetables for dinner (that's my plan, anyhow).

It's been a while since I've been here, but decided to focus on weight loss again and this has always been a helpful tool for me. Lost 30 pounds last spring. then gained a few of those back. Have kept up my daily walks, but need to concentrate on nutrition.

65 yrs young F, 5ft 4 Round 249 (my 179th). Thank you @quiltingjaine for the new round, as always, so grateful.
Goals for this round; not going to set any numbers as I only self-sabotage when it looks like Iβm getting there! So, to weigh less at the end than the start and an NSV to to reduce my resting heart rate (it used to be in the mid 40βs range, but has gradually crept up and is actually 52 at the moment, also no binge eating.
Good luck everyone for a successful round.Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, itβs taken me 75 rounds to achieve target of 130 = back to maintenance!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back to around 134. A healthy lifestyle must be a permanent way of life.

Travelling 2 miles each way today for DGSβs 4th birthday bash at a soft play & then to a dinosaur themed restaurant, Iβve already checked out the menu, not my type of food; all fried ,but will chose the least damage and limit the amount of fries that are served with it, & of course there will be birthday cake!

Hi everyone and good luck for the next 10 days! I wanna thank this community for being very supportive and nice. It really helps to be consistent.
This is my fourth round in a row! Iβm happy that Iβm consistent even though I just lost 1 kg (2.2 lbs). The process was very messy with many ups and downs, but itβs good to be here. Iβm happy that Iβm getting used to eat healthier, Iβm trying to have a new eating habit (which is so hard). I aim to be compassionate to myself but also push my limits further.

1/27: Friday evening with my daughter and son-in-law; those end of week evenings with them are priceless. Before going I had a salad with chicken so I wouldn't be "starving" and eat my way through a plate of salty, fatty deliciousness, but I couldn't resist just a little- and 2 glasses of a very nice cabernet. Worth the price; this is about real life, not a diet. Came home and had tea rather than snacking again, which was my previous habit. So two victories- I resisted overdoing and I weighed this morning.
